today I wanna add another feasting blog post with one of the yummiest things in the world (*drum roll*): Cookie Dough Pralines.
Some days ago I went to one of Berlins street food markets with a friend and discovered this one food spot, which delighted my sweet loving throat. They offered Cookie Dough in different flavors as kind of dessert. The taste totally reminds me of childhood days when I was sitting in the kitchen watching my mummy baking a cake and only waiting for moment to spoon up the baking tray.
After this amazing experience, I wanted to try this Cookie Dough in form of pralines. Those ones do not only look tasty but they are also perfect for evenings with friends. Good to know: you shouldn’t use raw egg as we do not bake the dough.
Cookie Dough Pralines
- 100g butter
- 30g brown sugar
- 90g white sugar
- 2 tsp milk
- 1 pack of vanilla sugar
- A dash of salt
- 150g flour
- 80g chocolate drops
- 200g chocolate coating
- Beat butter, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar creamy, then stir in flour. After all ingredients are mixed, add the chocolate drops mix again.
- Form the dough to little balls and put them into the fridge for one hour. You will notice, the balls become solid.
- Melt the chocolate (I always put it into the microwave and insert balls one by one into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
- Put pralines on a board and place them in the fridge until cool.
Enjoy the sweet treat ♥
