If you don’t have much time for preparing your breakfast, but you still want to eat healthy, then smoothie bowls are just the thing. Personally, I can not live without smoothie bowls and they are and will remain my breakfast favorite. Without them, I just can not start the day properly. You wonder if that won’t be boring eating the same breakfast every day? NO! Because you can throw everything into the blender that your desire and it tastes (usually) always good. During the last years I’ve eaten quite a lot smoothie bowls, but often I keep preparing my favourite varieties. That’s why I want to share my three favourites recipes for the summer time.

As already mentioned, the Smoothie Bowls are very versatile. Not only are there limitless combinations for the bowls itself, but also for the toppings.
Here are my favourite Smoothie Bowls Toppings:
- Homemade granola
- Energy Balls
- Fresh fruits
- Peanutbutter
- Almond butter
- Goji-Berries
- grated coconut
Especially the combination of fresh blueberries and almond butter is great!
