Australia is a great country, but nevertheless it has one big disadvantage for me: It’s quite hard for sweet-addicted-people to find the real good stuff. I often miss the sweet sections of the german supermarkets or all the delicious cafes, which are tempting with all their cakes and other delicates making you happy. So I needed to find a way out of this misery and looked for something to prepare easily by myself when I found those vegan caramel slices. They are not only very simple to do, but also quite healthy for a sweet thing and they are just so perfect on those hot summer days. Fresh out of the freezer, they will be a perfect refreshment, nevertheless they will be tasty anytime with any temperature 🙂
